With movement, mindset, and mindfulness as its foundation, Balanced Base studio provides the perfect balance between physical and mental health. 

Pilates and yoga are offered both online and in-person at the studio. 

A range of wellness coaching services are available online, as well as group mindfulness, meditation, and restorative sessions. 

Additionally, an extensive library of pre-recorded classes and meditations can be accessed by the community.

The Balanced Base also offers corporate workshops and runs a wellness retreat every year.

Services Offered

Pilates

During Pilates, your posture is thoroughly examined, and your previous injuries and continuing complications are discussed. 

It's a chance to gain an understanding of your body's capabilities and limitations.

A trained instructor can create a specialised program for you and explain how each exercise works. 

Together with a maximum of two clients, you can continue with your tailored program in a semi-private or private session.

Reformer Pilates

You can create a long, lean figure by sculpting and toning the whole body. Using your own body weight and a moving surface to create resistance. Make you feel challenged to your core.

Circuit Pilates

Have you heard of Matt Pilates but not what all the studio equipment is for? 

Attend a circuit class and use various machines designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles.

Boxilates

Would you like to enhance your Pilates routine with some cardio training? 

In boxilates, your regular mat pilates class is broken up with some rounds of boxing. Start by learning the basics of punching and how to hold your opponent's pads.

Yoga
Restorative Yoga 

Take a 90-minute class and learn to breathe, meditate, and enjoy the stillness. Relax into various restorative poses to release any tension that has built up in your body.
