Therapy is Teamwork
As a registered psychologist I offer individual, couples, and family therapy to support the treatment of an array of issues including adjustment, depression, and anxiety as well as mood and personality disorders. In my practice, I support people who are striving for peace but feel suffocated by self-criticism, sadness, anxiety, doubt, or high expectations - among other concerns. I hold a deep value and respect for my clients and the wisdom they already have within to make room for and manage the difficult experiences in their world. In this sense I see my clients as the experts in their lives and myself as the expert in mental health - together we work toward achieving meaningful growth and healing. I bring my whole heart and authentic self to therapy. I utilise warmth, collaboration, curiosity, and a holistic lens, viewing the mind-body-spirit connection as integral in understanding who you are as a whole person. I draw from several different schools of practice, but all of them have a central tenet of placing importance on connecting with you. Through it all, I will meet you exactly where you are at, and support you in growing towards where you want to go.
My Focus
My focus is to help individuals heal, develop self-acceptance, and become aware of their inner strengths. I value an authentic and collaborative approach with the intention to hold space, listen to your concerns, and guide you on your journey to wellness.
My Commitment
I am committed to walking with you through your suffering. In my practice, you can show up exactly as you are… no matter what you’re experiencing, I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and accepting space for you to fully experience it without judgment.
It takes great courage to reach out and ask for help and I would love to support you in your process. My current waitlist is 1-2 weeks with availability Thursdays and Fridays.
