A powerful yet gentle healing modality, kinesiology utilises muscle feedback monitoring (biofeedback) to access and uncover information from your subconscious mind and body. It draws on the principals of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 5 Element Theory, Colour Therapy, Sound Therapy, and other channels to holistically balance all levels of your be-ing.

I offer sessions in my Tumbi Umbi clinic, or online via zoom worldwide.

I utilise all of my training in each session, often weaving it together in a unique combination of offerings for the greatest outcome for you.

PSYCH-K

Also utilising muscle testing, PSYCH-K is a simple yet powerful method of transforming limiting beliefs, rapidly removing stress/fear, creating verifiable change. Based on Brain Dominance research, Epigenetics and Neuroscience.

In our sessions I will use muscle testing to communicate with your subconscious mind. PSYCH-K utilises a specific series of processes and postures which allow a deep and lasting shift to take place.

Each session will be unique to you, tailored to your specific requirements and each experience you have with PSYCH-K can often be very different.

SACRED FEMININE MENTORING

Awaken your feminine energy and let your wisdom shine bright. So often as young women we have been conditioned to be more dominantly in our masculine energy, we go go go, we have become disconnected from our bodies, our hearts, and spend so much time in our 'minds' with our thoughts.

Our power can be found by moving from our mind, back into the body where all our wisdom resides, all the answers to our questions are kept and the centre of our radiance.

When we make space to feel into what our feminine essence has to say, to be in our flow state, the state of receiving, magic happens!

I am honoured to facilitate the sacred holding of space where I guide you back to your power.

In these sessions I am often quite amazed, humbled, awe struck by the beauty that unfolds and unfurls.

All sessions are up to 90 mins to allow full space to be heard, seen and be present with your self.
