My approach to counselling is to offer you healing for your mind, body and spirit. I use a holistic counselling framework and blend it with spiritual practices to support your journey.

Each session is unique to you and your goals. A session may include holistic counselling, energy healing / Reiki, meditation, crystal therapy, astrology, sound healing, movement therapy, past life work, numerology and any other techniques that support your healing.
