Rapid Transformational Therapy - RTT *

Rapid transformational therapy embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce rapid and transformative results . RTT goes beyond - diagnosing what works for you to access and communicate with your subconscious mind  and fix whatever blockages may be there.

RTT is different to other therapies as it can assist you to achieve outstanding results quickly and easily by taking you to the root cause of your physical or mental issues. It is within this work with your subconscious mind that you are able to access any old and limiting beliefs and behaviours and replace with new empowering ones.

A usual session consists of :

Discovery and intake call (free) - this call is around 20 minutes . Here you and Tara will discuss what it is that is holding you back and what it is that you want to change in your life. 

90-120 min RTT session ( online or in person) - Tara will assist you in this session to access your subconscious mind with hypnosis. She will gently guide you with her highly skilled counselling techniques to  access the limiting and out dated belief systems within your mind, helping you to understand why certain belief patterns turned up in your life ( ie low self esteem, feelings of not being good enough ect) and assist you to let them go. 

Finally the TRANSFORMATION - this is where Tara takes all of the powertful words that YOU came up with in the session and she creates a powerful transformation recording for you to listen to for 21 days  to rewire and renew your mind to your new and positive mindset.  This is where you will experience the most transformative change.

Follow up session - after 21 days of listening to your transformation recording Tara will arrange  either a call or Zoom for your follow up appointment.  Here you will discuss how you have been since the session and anything that you would like to continue working on. Tara is also available via chat to speak about anything that has come up as a result of your session and she will endeavor to answer within a 24 hr period.

Please note: Some issues such as depression anxiety, addiction , PTSD and other deep set issues may need more than one session and this will be discussed during the discovery call and any additional costs will be clearly quoted.
