Osteopathy
Osteopaths use a range of techniques, using both a direct and an indirect pathway. Direct methods include soft tissue, stretching, mobilisation, muscle energy techniques and manipulation. Indirectly, we use counterstain, balanced ligamentous tension and cranio-sacral rhythms.
Myotherapy
Myotherapists employ myofascial release, massage, joint mobilisation, dry needling, myofascial cupping, stretching and electrical stimulation (tens machine) to help you on the road to recovery and prevent further injury.
