Because we offer tailored Pilates programs, The Osteopathic Clinic requires an initial Pilates assessment to be booked with one of our qualified clinicians. This means we’re able to have an indication of type of exercises that are appropriate for you.
We provide individual and small group classes (with a maximum of four students), all classes are conducted with the supervision of qualified clinicians.
