The Gentle Osteopath

Osteopathy is a practical approach that works on the musculoskeletal system, that is the muscles, tendons, bones, joints, fascia, nerves in the whole body from head to toe. If one of these parts is not working correctly it can effect the whole body. To keep your body functioning well all these parts must be functioning correctly.

When you get pain or have an injury you know exactly where the pain is but to fix it you may have to find the origin of the problem which can be somewhere different.  Sometimes people come to me and say they don't feel right. Again it is the skill of the osteopath to find what system in the body is not functioning correctly and help it back to health.

All Osteopaths registered by AHPRA and have successful completed university training in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and pathology. We are well-placed to treat all areas of the body. I have also done additional training in butyko based breathing, and treating organs osteopathically.
