My Philosophy

The human body is a truly amazing and complex machine that requires the correct conditions to function at its absolute best. This means providing the correct fuel, at the right time, in the correct quantity and with quality. It also requires to be effectively detoxified to ensure the cell renewal process can create healthy new cells. When people are generally healthy, minor tweaks to diet are able to improve minor imbalances. However, when chronic conditions are experience, diet usually needs to be drastically changed so that herbs and food can acts as medicine. Lifestyle and detoxification adjustments would usually be indicated in these circumstances also.

I have attained a Bachelor of Health Science (Western Herbal Medicine) from Paramount College of Natural Medicine. I am also a member of the professional body, Australian Natural Therapists Association (Member No: 11465).
