About Team One Fitness
eam One Fitness was founded in July 2012 by Yves Minten. Our workouts feature a bootcamp style of training, with no sergeant major! By taking action, our goal is to inspire, motivate and guide you towards achieving your health and fitness goals. We exercise in a safe and effective way, and we will partner with you as you reach your goals.
We take the approach that exercise should be fun – a means to de-stress, keep fit, re-energise or simply take time out for yourself. Exercise can be part of your life

Fitness Training Programs
Bootcamp Classes
Our outdoor fitness sessions offer a mix of cross-training and boxing classes.
Cross-training is a training routine that involves several different forms of exercise. It is a great way to condition different muscle groups, develop a new set of skills, and reduce boredom. Cardio-boxing is great way to condition the whole body building muscle strength, endurance, balance, agility and coordination.
Personal Training
We offer one-on-one training, buddy training and small group sessions for up to four people.
Working with a personal trainer is one of the fastest and most successful ways to improve your health and fitness and achieve your personal goals. To get fit, lose weight, tone-up or train for a special event, personal training is the answer. All personal training sessions are 1-hour.
Corporate Fitness Programs
Improve productivity through better health of your employees.
Inviting your employees to be involved in a corporate fitness program enhances team building in a positive, outdoor environment. Team One Fitness offers workouts as a one-off session or as a regular weekly program.
