Welcome, I'm Tarrin Stewart, I am a qualified Remedial and Sports Massage Therapist. I obtained my diploma from the London School of Sports Massage in 1993. I have been providing massage on the Gold Coast for the last 10yrs. I attend regular professional development courses so that I am able to use the lastest and most up to date massage techniques to your benefit.

I am a member of Massage Australia, I have a current Senior First Aid Certificate and Full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Burleigh Health & Vitality is a home based business providing professional remedial massage treatment for sports injuries and muscular aches and pains including back and neck pain, tight or aching muscles, headaches, hip and shoulder pain, foot or leg pain.

I have previous experience working with sporting clubs including Hockey, AFL, Rugby Union and Triathletes.

I am a qualified and experienced Lymphatic Drainage Massage Therapist and have been getting great results. Lymphatic Drainage stimulates the functions of the lymphatic/immune and nervous systems and is used to treat a multitude of health problems. Each stroke is directed specifically to achieve the required result. Lymphatic Drainage may include gut work as most problems start with the digestive system.

Lymphatic Drainage has a role in treating painful and inflammatory conditions such as sinus and headaches to sports injuries and related oedemas and post trauma (surgical, accident, illness) treatments.

A cancer doctor at John Flynn Hospital is now referring patients to me for post surgical treatments.

I regularly treat a number of GP's who refer many of their clients for remedial massage as I really get amazing results. I listen carefully to your concerns and customise your session with techniques that will be most beneficial to relieve your pain, stress or injury.

At Burleigh Health & Vitality I also offer Pregnancy massage, for which I have a pregnancy kit that enables the expecting Mum to lie face down as it has recesses for the tummy and breasts.

I like to recommend a 1 hour massage if you are coming in for either an upper body treatment or a lower body treatment. However, if you need both the upper and lower body worked on, then I recommend an hour and a half for a more effective outcome.

I am available by appointment weekdays and Saturdays. I work from home in Old Burleigh Town (exit 87) I work with a hydrolic Firm n Fold massage table which can accommodate the tallest or shortest of people, and my clients love the comfort of it.
