**NB: ZUMBA at Target Fitness is growing. We now have 3 qualified ZUMBA instructors offering 5 ZUMBA classes each week. If the numbers of people fill these we will put more classes on to look after our clients.
BoxFit / Boxing for Fitness
Boxing is an excellent form of training and will help make you aerobically fitter, increase muscle tone, lower body fat, improve upper body strength and reflexes. It is unbelievably beneficial for those at all fitness levels and walks of life and you will enjoy the challenge of learning new skills in a unique, exciting and safe atmosphere. Come in, and be part of a group who want to have fun, meet others and box your way towards your fitness goals with Target Fitness Boxing for Fitness sessions.
**NB: At the beginning of 2012 we will be holding one BoxFit session on the Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights and that will be at 6pm. Once sufficient numbers return we will add additional sessions to suit client requests. Our morning BoxFit groups will start with Tuesday and Friday mornings at 10:00am and will be adjusted to suit the client requests of those attending.
Saturdays will remain as before, starting at 9:30am.

Boxing Skills for Self Defence
Boxing for Self Defence is beneficial in many ways. With Target Fitness Boxing for Self Defence you will learn foot stance and movement, correct arm techniques, and situation awareness. BOXFITKIDS
We have had many requests to provide our Boxing based Fitness program to children.
We like to provide what our clients want so we offer "BoxFit Kids".
It is a non-contact boxing based program that will instruct the children on the safe way to deliver boxing moves but also will emphasis a no-fighting approach to life. Our main emphasis is on making it safe for the children and to improve their health and fitness through supervised exercise and education.
**NB: Our Boxing Instructor is the Current Australian Champion for Junior Amateur 57Kg category .

Pilates
Pilates is a popular whole body & mind exercise integrating movement and breath awareness to build a fit body with a strong, stable core. Flowing, precise exercise that releases stress and tension. Lengthens, strengthens, and tones muscles, increases flexibility and corrects posture. Great for your lower back’s health and strength.
Pilates class times 10:00am Tuesdays.
If there is not a group time or type to suit you, then let us know. We will start a group at a Day and Time that suits you. (There must be at least 4 people committing to the new class.)
About Your Personal Trainer
Greg Burge
I have always been involved in sporting and outdoor activities such as soccer, footy, abseiling, caving, rock-climbing, hiking and cycling for track and road throughout my life.
I've maintained an interest in gym work during my corporate career and decided to become a qualified personal trainer in 2005, starting Target Fitness later that year.
Initially I provided outdoor training services, then training clients at Arana Hills PCYC, and also at two other PT studios in North Brisbane. In mid 2009 I moved my Training Studio to Toowoomba.
Initially, in 2009, I trained clients at Jetts Gym, but then decided to open another studio of my own at Kearney Springs.
We have now moved to a bigger premises next to DePot Man on Clifford Street near the Toowoomba CBD. Hope to see you there!
