I offer a Holistic approach to Counselling

Suzanne uses a variety of counselling styles such as solution-focused, CBT, emotion-focused, Gestalt Therapy and techniques such as mindfulness, meditation, visualisation, as well as the use of prompt cards such as strength, values, and relaxation cards.

Suzanne gained her Graduate Diploma in Counselling at La Trobe University in Melbourne

Suzanne is a member of the Australian Counselling Association, is a subscribed member to the Mental Health Academy and an accredited Medibank provider.

Face to face counselling: $110. P/H

Telephone, and or Skype Counselling $90 P/H

Follow up consultation: $90

Mention the Natural Therapy Pages and receive 50% reducation in the consultation
