How Does It Work?

Reiki works by directing Universal Energy (also known as Prana or Chi) to balance a person physically, mentally & emotionally, releasing past experiences which are negative or no longer needed & removing stagnant energy from the body. for optimum healing, Eve combines Reiki with Chakra balancing - a treatment to assess the flow of energy in the body's seven major energy centres (chakras) & balance the energy flow where necessary to recharge the chakras. All individuals have seven major chakras within their bodies. When the chakras become out of balance or are not functioning efficiently, we may feel sluggish or out of balance.
