What is a discovery session?
A discovery session with Carol or Luke can be done in person, over the phone and over skype/zoom.
A discovery call is to help you really connect to what is happening in your life. Your challenges, goals and desires.
Unfortunately, at times in our lives we have things that stop us and hold us back from living our best life and getting the results that we want. A discovery call gives focus to all areas of your life, we look at the areas that need work or improvement.
Together, we discover where your problems or challenges lie.
We discuss your goals and desired life outcomes. For example:
- New relationships.
- Job.
- Weight loss.
- Self esteem / empowerment.
- Limiting beliefs (I'm not good enough, I don't deserve success, I'm not lovable, I don't accept myself, I'm not worthy).
- A lot of these beliefs come from experiences of your past.
- Business related limiting beliefs (I don’t have enough clients, people don’t need my help, I don’t make enough money, I under value-myself therefore I under-value my services).
We dig deep into your emotions and the way these challenges affect your life.
We look at the triggers that cause these emotions to surface.
The discovery call lasts from 60 – 90 minutes.
