Your Studio Qi practitioner combines ancient knowledge with contemporary research to facilitate a better understanding of how to manage and treat your health issue.

Acupuncture treatment involves the insertion of very fine needles into energy points on the body's meridians, serving as a catalyst for the body to heal itself via the stimulation and rebalancing of the body's energy (referred to as Qi and pronounced ‘chee’) flow. The best thing about this treatment is that we take nothing and add nothing; the needles simply stimulate the energy in the direction needed to initiate healing.

Your Studio Qi practitioners will ascertain which points to use, following your body's signals (symptoms, experiences and dreams). The needle techniques and facilitation methods that our practitioners use vary, but our treatment style isn't available elsewhere.

We will first discuss what your health needs are, we then devise a strategy that will enable us to meet them. Our first appointment has a longer duration, enabling us to discuss what it is you're hoping to achieve.
