At times an adverse situation or event in our life can be personally overwhelming. Our ability to cope and function normally can be an ongoing day to day struggle. Life can become a roller-coaster ride of feelings, thoughts and emotions. To seek help is a sign of wisdom and strength.

As your counsellor I become the objective helper in the healing process. My counselling approach is to offer insight and understanding, empathy, support, and potential solutions specific to the individual needs of each client. I believe that happiness and well-being are obtained when there is emotional, physical and spiritual balance.

Cost

All Counselling sessions are completely confidential. Cost $100 per hour.
