What To Expect During Your Reiki Session

During Reiki Anna will place her hands on or above the area that you are experiencing pain in. As a conduit Anna will channel universal energy with the help of her guides and her spiritual helpers. This is always in the form of pure love and white light. Your session will begin with you being completely clothed, as our practitioner lays their hands just above your body. Laying comfortably on the massage table with a blanket to keep you warm, our practitioner will begin your reiki healing treatment. By gently placing their hands on or over your energy centres, our practitioners can help to realign and re-energise your chakras.
