SRF Fitness takes an individual approach to each of its clients ensuring that all of their goals ARE achieved. Not only focusing on work carried out in the studio at Mill Park, SRF Fitness also focuses on each individuals life outside the gym to maximise and provide a holistic service that not only guarantees results, but makes sure they last.

1 on 1, 2 on 1 and 3 on 1 are the most effective and popular Personal Training services that SRF has to offer.
Each of the above provide clients with challenging, fun and effective tailored training routienes, nutritional support including food programing and monitoring, constant support and regular comunication with your SRF coach and much, much more.
30 minute, 45 minute and 1 hour sessions are on offer, all of which are suited to each individual to guarantee that their fitness goals are reached.
Goup Fitness training has been another huge success with SRF Fitness.
Weekly classes run each week at the studio and range from but are not limited to circuit training, cross fit, strength and endurance circuits, cardio and spin classes.
These classes provide a good dynamic challenge for all, variety and again greart results.
Classes are scheduled each week for Monday and Thursday evenings at the Mill Park studio, however personalised Group Fitness can be arranged privately for your convienience.
SRF has been running boot camp training for groups since 2015.
With an extensive background in this field, all boot camps provide a challenge to novice or experienced individuals or groups.
Bootcamps involve using a variety of equipment such as tyres, ropes, sand bags and slam balls.

SRF Fitness' latest venture has taken the company ONLINE.
Online Personal Training with SRF Fitness enables you to train at your own pace, on your own schedule while staying in contact with your trainer via the online Trainerize application (suitable for iphone and android).
Access your online calendar to see when your tailored programs have been scheduled, complete the workouts and submit back to your trainer. Scheduled Skype calls, progress photos and face to face catch ups (optional) are other perks that are part of the Online Personal Training package.
Not a member of a gym and want to train in the comfort of your own home? Already have a gym in your area of resdence and want to be shown how to use it correctly and safely?
SRF Fitness also operates around Melbourne in a mobile capacity. Your trainer will provide ALL equipment (if required) and meet you at your home or near by park where you can get your workout done!
THE GYM
SRF Fitness opperates out of the Plus Fitness Facility in Mill Park. Located on Development Blvd, the studio is situated in a prime location with great access to the Northern Suburbs and only 5 minutes off the metropolitan ring road.
There is 24/7 access to the studio via electronic pass so you can train whenever you want. Gym membership is required for Personal Training and Group Classes and can be aquired at the centre or online.
