Square One Fitness was created in 2010 with the vision in mind to provide a service that will help people lose weight and assist to create a healthy and sustainable lifestyle that is enjoyable and easy to do.
We believe that carrying excess weight and living an unhealthy lifestyle is not only heavy on the body, but also on the mind. And that is why we provide a range of services to cater for all areas of health and wellbeing. From Bootcamp and Boxing classes, to Personal Training, Weight Loss Coaching, and Wellbeing Workshops.
We run Workshops on Nutrition for better Health, Weight Loss management & Energy for a balanced and healthy mindset.
Our Bootcamps provide an awesome workout packed full of variety and is always challenging and rewarding, and most of all FUN!
Saturday Boxing is a fun 1hr FAT Burning session with an 8:30am start for the early bird, as well as a 10:30am session for those who enjoy a sleep in.
Our Personal Training is nothing less of a Gold Class Service providing everything from Nutrition, Accountability, Motivation, and a guided specific exercise program that will help you to reach your desired goal in the shortest possible time frame.
All services are designed with one thing in mind… To help you to achieve your health goals, and to look and feel the way you want and deserve.
It has been my life long passion to live a healthy lifestyle, be a leader and a positive influence to inspire others to also lead a healthy and happy lifestyle themselves to make a better world for all of us.

SATURDAY BOXING
TWO GREAT LOCATIONS FOR THIS AWESOME FAT BURNING HOUR OF BOXING!
SYDNEY OLYMPIC PARK FERRY WHARF @ 8:30AM
CAMPBELL PARK, CHISWICK @ 10:30AM
It is not necessary to come in pairs, there is always someone to box with at every session.
There are no minimum fitness requirements, the sessions are catered for all fitness levels and all ages. There are alternate exercises for any difficult movement that you may not be able to perform.
(It is recommended that you do not train with any injuries, as you could provoke them.) Please get clearance from your doctor before performing any exercise if you have any medical conditions such as a heart condition, high/low blood pressure, etc…
BOOTCAMP
The 1hr sessions consist of a light warm up, followed by traditional full body exercises which work the biggest muscle groups to maximise the amount of calories burnt, as well and conditioning and strengthening the muscles. Boxing is also included in the second half of the session, followed by a cool down stretch.
