We offer 12 week programs with priority appointments for those who wish to grow and commit to their own personal journey of healing. These programs are individualised to the specific needs of the client. What you can expect from a 12 week program is emotional healing sessions alternated with counselling sessions. This is designed  to help you accept the events of your life that have created the emotional blocks. Helping you work through current issue by tracing the behavioural patterns back to there root cause, most often from childhood.  Understanding the events surrounding the root cause and giving it a new context for which you can then move forward and change your behavours creating the current issues within your life. 

We understand that every individual has a different perception of events so no 2 clients will be the same. So we tailor make the programs to suit the individuals needs
