Sarah is a family therapist, Uniting Church minister, Reiki master and Gould Sleep Talk ™ consultant who has also been a long time student of Nonviolent Communication. Her professional life for more than 20 years has been based around her work with youth, children and families as well as in the fields of non-violence and social justice.

After she gave birth to her own amazing children, Sarah’s passion for Gentle Parenting increased and it during this time that she discovered Goulding Sleep Talk ™ for children. After realising the effectiveness of SleepTalk ™ for her own children, Sarah went on to train under Joane Goulding and was awarded accreditation in Goulding Sleep Talk ™. Sarah now actively works with families to support their “spirited living” and “spirited children”.

More recently Sarah’s passion has been working and training in Nonviolent Communication and has also completed the Emodying NVS Consciousness training Byron Bar and the worldwide Parent Peer Leadership program for NVC training for those working with parents.

Currently, Sarah works half-time as a minister of Belair Uniting Church and in her other professional lie, works with couples, parents and individuals in private coaching in Blackwood, SA, and conducts training courses in Connected Communication and Moving Beyond Conflict.
