General vinyasa: Saturday 7.30-8.45am with Karen

Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga where movement is linked with the breath. The class includes classical postures sequenced together to develop a balance of both strength and flexibility in both body & mind. There is an emphasis on alignment, moving mindfully and modifying according to your ability.
Slow flow vinyasa: Sunday 8.30-9.45am with Ania
Similar to our general vinyasa class but moving at a slower and gentler pace. Suitable for all levels.
Yoga mats and props are available.

Yoga for back care & injury management
(max 5 students)
We specialise in teaching a modified and gentle yoga practice that can be practiced by anyone, regardless of condition, age or flexibility.
These classes are great for those:
- dealing with chronic back pain or other musculoskeletal conditions/injuries
- recovering from illnesss or surgery
- new to yoga
- anyone wishing to gently develop strength, mobility and confidence in their body whilst reducing stress and pain.
These specialised classes are limited to 5 students to ensure you receive a more personalised, safe and effective experience. We use a variety of modalities including yoga, pilates and physiotherapy techniques to help you improve your posture, core strength, muscle tone, flexibility and general wellbeing. Each class incorporates breathing techniques and deep relaxation methods to help reduce stress and pain.
We can develop a safe and effective yoga practice for a range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries including general back pain, disc problems, sciatica, osteoporosis, scoliosis, hip & knee conditions, shoulder injuries, whiplash, carpel tunnel and more.
Other small group classes (max 6 students)
Yin: Wednesday 7-8.15pm with Ania
A series of floor based postures designed to release deeply held tension, increase flexibility and calm the mind. Yin is a practice influenced by Traditional Chinese Medicine which works with meridian channels in the body to unblock the flow of energy throughout the body. A slow paced class with longer holds that will leave you feeling relaxed and energised.
Hatha flow: Thursday 9.15-10.30am with Caroline
This class includes classical postures sequenced together to develop a balance of both strength and flexibility in both body & mind. There is an emphasis on alignment, moving mindfully and modifying according to your ability. As this is a small group class you will receive a more personalised, safe and effective yoga experience. All levels of experience are welcome as modifications are offered to suit YOU!
Private classes (1-6 people)
1-2 people: The ultimate personalised yoga experience JUST FOR YOU! Each class can be 60 or 75min, depending on your preference.
3-5 people: Create your own class with a group of friends/family at a time that suits you. Receive a personalised learning experience but at a more affordable price. Each class can be 60 or 75min, depending on your preference.
Choose your style & level of yoga - vinyasa (slow or dynamic), hatha, yin, restorative or beginner's. You can incorporate meditation, mindfulness and pranayama (breathing techniques) into any of these classes.
For small groups, must book in & pay upfront for 4 classes at a time. New groups can book in for a single class to trial it out.
