I offer compassionate support to help shift patterns in your life that are holding you back, or no longer serving you. I can help with the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, mental health labels, addictions, grief and loss, eating disorders as well as support you with general un-ease or through a messy, uncomfortable and/or sad stage of life.

I work with natural and alternative methods such as Root-Cause Therapy, ThetaHealing, Emotion Code, Equine Therapy, Reiki and Counselling to help you shift unwanted thoughts and behaviours. Through working with both the conscious and unconscious mind, it is very possible to cease acquired behaviours and change our state of mind through the process of memory reconsolidation. I also have strong beliefs about how our emotional and energetic states show up as physical manifestations. I am a qualified counsellor, hold both First Aid and Mental Health First Aid certificates and am a particularly competent, kind and experienced horsewoman. I am trauma informed and relentless in my drive to learn, grow and improve both myself and my offering to others.
