Meditation Training

As a trained meditation teacher in transformational meditation and iRest Yoga Nidra meditation, as well as being an intuitive energy healer, Coach and mentor, Sonia Motum supports both individuals and groups to learn to meditate as well as go deeper in their current meditation practices.

Sonia leads individual and small group intimately guided meditation classes which are designed to take you on an increasingly deeper connection within.  The meditation circle is suitable for those who have never meditated before, as well as those who are wanting to deepen their current meditation practice.

In a safe and beautifully guided way, you will learn and experience different styles of meditation to enhance your overall meditative experience, toolbox and personal expansion.

The gift of meditating in a group both face to face or virtually, is that it invites you to dive even deeper into your meditative practice than what is achievable alone.

You will not only experience deep and profound meditations, soul journeys and energetic shifts, but you will also receive a recorded version of each meditation to use in your own practice at home.
