Karen believes massage helps enhance muscle activity and rehabilitation of various conditions which can be initiated by postural, occupational or sporting activities.
Karen enjoys communicating with clients from all walks of life, from younger sporting clients through to our young-at-heart senior citizen’s and utilises a number of techniques and modalities to help clients achieve their health goals. These include deep tissue and soft tissue massage, myofascial dry needling, cupping, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching and Muscle Energy Technique (MET).and developing treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.
Karen is focused on assisting her clients to overcome any physical barriers in order for them to achieve better health in everyday life by addressing musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction which may include headaches; back, neck and shoulder pain; lower back pain and sporting injuries.
