Lifestyle Assessment – here we will look at brain chemistry along with past and current lifestyle influences that could be holding you back from attaining the goals you are after. This may involve referring you away to your local doctor to get blood tests done or other functional medicine tests conducted to look at the underlying cause of what is holding you back.
Nutritional Overhaul – this is where most clients fall short. Without the correct nutrition you will never be able to optimize your progress in the gym. We will educate and then implement the correct nutritional plan for you and your goals.
