Counselling

In counselling, the objective is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for clients to talk about their problems, concerns, worries, or issues. 

During this process, you begin to work through your emotions and issues and make positive changes to your life.

As you share your problems and issues, the counsellor's role is to listen and guide you as you resolve your own problems.
