We are Australia’s most flexible outdoor personal training program for women. Our Unlimited Membership allows you to train when and as often as you like at any She FITNESS location.

With a limited number in a group, our group training is an efficient means of benefiting from a personalised training approach of our coaches. But, if you wish to fast-track your progress and obtain better attention on areas you want to improve the most, personal training is best for you.

Group Training

Get fit and healthy with She FITNESS Group Training – the affordable alternative to personal training boot camp and lengthy gym membership contracts.

Developed specifically for women of all ages and fitness levels, SheFITNESS workout is full body workout in 45 minutes! You will see improvements in your general fitness, strength, stamina and core strength.

She FITNESS workouts are constantly varied to provide you with a fun, invigorating workout. Whether you are an absolute beginner or a seasoned athlete, our workouts are tailored to suit your fitness level, ensuring you get the most out of each and every training session.

  • 45 minute power sessions – perfect for busy women!
  • Convenient locations in Sydney CBD & Redfern
  • Unlimited training at any SheFITNESS location
  • Designed specifically for women to target problem areas like the tummy, thighs, upper arms and butt
  • Workouts include a mixture of strength and core training, boxing, kettlebell training, skipping, running and medicine ball workouts

One on One

She FITNESS personal training packages are designed for members who wish to fast track their results and improve their performance from having the added motivation, support and accountability of their personal Coach.

Our expert Health and Fitness Coaches will work closely with you to develop a customised program specific to your goals and your current level of fitness. They will be with you every step of the way, provide you with personalised exercise and nutritional programs, as well as the accountability and support to reach your goals. Sessions cost $75 for 45 minutes, are completely mobile and take place at a location that is most convenient for you.
