Sheena's clients are empowered and encouraged to take control of their lives.  Sheena will tailor her treatments for the benefit of her clients for their optimum outcomes. Recently Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy as become a passion as well coaching with allows and enables the clients, to explore new ways of approaching their lives and deal with daily stresses.
