Being a Mother of two myself, I know first-hand the impact of a newborn on your life. My experience would have been easier and a lot less stressful if I'd known about the Massage techniques used in Baby Massage while my children were infants. I became an infant massage instructor to enable me to help new parents feel more comfortable their babies and enjoy a deeper bond, which will increase as they grow older.

Baby Massage has many benefits, including:

• Sleep problems are eased

Research has shown that baby massage helps parents bond with their infant. Because touch is therapeutic, it can alleviate any anxiety and reduce the parent's stress levels.
