About Me
My love of spirit, metaphysics, consciousness growth, nature and animals all go hand in hand with my passion for holistic healing. We as human beings are mind, body and spirit and we need all three to be in balance on the path to healing.
I began my own personal healing journey at 25 when beset with chronic health issues, pain,depression and anxiety, I knew I had to get serious about my life and how I was choosing to live it. For the following 25 years I have immersed myself in alternative healing and consciousness growth.
Health is a do it yourself project. I have the skills to teach you to provide more wellness, clarity and balance for yourself in your own life and to teach you to tap into your own intuition, guidance and soul self.
