As a mother of four who has personally benefited from HypnoBirthing, I am excited to share this enriching journey with other families and support women in reconnecting with their natural birthing instincts. HypnoBirthing combines a philosophy of birth with techniques designed to achieve a satisfying, relaxing, and stress-free delivery. I teach the original Mongan Method, which consists of five 2.5-hour sessions that you and your birth partner can attend together. This comprehensive course covers antenatal preparation, pregnancy, and childbirth, aiming to leave you feeling positive, empowered, and enthusiastic about your birthing experience.

The course includes practical techniques to practice at home and actively involves partners in the process. We focus on breathing techniques and strategies to maintain calm during labor, allowing your body to birth instinctively. Additionally, we teach powerful self-hypnosis techniques to help you achieve a comfortable and joyful birthing experience.
