Karlene's signature offering is Saced Soul & Body Alignment sessions. In these sessions, you experience the magic of Spiritual Companioning where Karlene holds space for you to work through any issues and then Karlene will finish the session with different types of energy healing, such as Reiki, Intuitive and Spinal Flow Healing. This is a powerful alchemy of mental, emotional, spiritual and physical healing.

Intuitive Readings

Karlene is highly intuitive. She uses a combination of Tarot, Oracle Cards, Akashic Records, Auralight and symbolism. Karlene is committed to holding space for you with truth, compassion, love and integrity. She calls on a range of modalities to individualize readings for you.

Childosophy TM Children's Wellbeing

1 hour, $120

Karlene is a ChildOsophy TM Children's Wellbeing Practitioner. Childosophy TM is a 10 step process to understand your child's unique foundational needs, based on the research into children's wellbeing by DR Maxine Therese. Karlene uses a kinesiology based process to unlock hidden emotions and information from you or your child. We work with the premise that your child is a soul in his/her own sovereignty and as such has all the answers within them, using the process we work together to decode those answers!

Mentoring and Coaching for Grace

1.5 hour $150, 2 hour $222

Karlene offers spiritual mentoring for you to find grace in your life. This allows you to make lasting changes that create more self love, connection and deep contentment. The sessions support you to illuminate who you truly are. Karlene uses techniques such as Spiritual Companioning, Inspired EFT Tapping, Time-line Therapy, Body Biofeedback, Holistic Counselling, Energyworkz, Colour Therapy, Mindfulness, Addictions support/ training, Connection Strategies, Virtues and Motivational Interviewing. Karlene holds a beautiful, supportive, gentle space for you to heal, grow and explore.

Spinal Flow Healing

1 hour initial, $120, ongoing treatment 30 min $75, packages of multiple treatments available on request

Spinal Flow Healing is an amazing modality that allows your body to go from sympathetic nervous system response (fight/flight) to parasympathetic nervous system response (rest/ relax/ heal/ digest/ fertility). In these times, most people are living their lives in sympathetic nervous system response. Spinal Flow Healing allows you to feel into your source, your life force. It allows your brain to discover physical, emotional and chemical bloackages that affect your wellbeing and health and allows your brain to respond and clear those blockages.

Karlene regularly offers Sacred Soul Healing Retreats with Spinal Flow.

Karlene and Menke offering fortnightly In Stillness workshops. These 2 hour workshops are designed to give you space and permission to slow down and be. As a group, we practice heart coherence and somatic techniques to regulate our nervous systems to build up to sitting in silence together. 

Karlene and Menke also offer 1, 2.5 and 5 day relaxation workshops throught the year.

Lunar Rose Priestess Immersion
