ionCleanse Detox Footbath


During an ionCleanse session, the feet are placed in a footbath of warm water, with the Ion Cleanse ‘Array’. The unit removes the body’s toxins by generating a mix of positive and negative ions which are able to attach to the toxins in the body, and remove them through the pores of the feet. This process helps restore the body’s natural chemistry and balance (homeostasis). With homeostasis comes better health and wellbeing.

ionCleanse sessions normally last 30 minutes. A recommended plan for complete detoxification/hydrotherapy is

  • 1 session per week for 6 weeks
  • a break of at least 3 weeks
  • 2-3 further sessions


For maintenance 1-2 more sessions per year, or more frequently if required.

Ear Candling


Ear Candling using the best ear Candles available, Hopi Ear Candles. If you have sinus problems or blocked ears a 30 minute session using Hopi Ear Candles may help. Ear Candling is also very relaxing. It takes fifteen minutes per ear.
