At seasons of life…

We specialise in women! All women can benefit from health and fitness training. Seasons of life offers programs for all women regardless of ability or health status. Women with high risk factors for exercise can be safely looked after in consultation with your medical care giver. Exercise can be modified especially for you. Classes are designed to complement advice of your health care provider. Low risk exercisers are given the right information and fitness programs to achieve their goals. Physiotherapy management is founded on evidence based practice.

Personalised service and excellence is our motto!

Classes are run in a warm, fun, friendly, relaxed and supportive atmosphere without the boot camp or over vigorous leader. Values of mutual respect, trust and responsibility are important to us.

You are encouraged to report any unusual health signs or symptoms that you may have experienced during or after the class. Please contact me by phone or email to discuss.

We are members of The Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA). APA Physiotherapists are required to practice in accordance with the code of conduct and expected standards of professional and ethical principles.

What to wear...

No need for designer fitness clothing, just wear layered comfortable clothing and exercise footwear, eg; runners. Ensure you wear a supportive bra. Pilates participants should wear no slip socks.

Please note for FunkyMama's who are postnatal or breastfeeding, sportsbras are more supportive than maternity bras, so if possible feed baby before exercise. This will also prevent discomfort from heavy breasts.

For FunkyMamaAqua, wear bathers or over t-shirt.
