As an experienced Osteopath & Pilates Instructor, Dr Sarah Smith has been treating for over 12 years, with particular interests in treating sports injuries, postural aches & pains, and pregnancy related pains. She has a thorough understanding of various injuries and conditions (acute and chronic), their rehabilitation, and the importance of incorporating diet and lifestyle advice for a safe and speedy recovery.
Sarah has also developed an interest in sports & exercise rehabilitation, along with children's health and osteopathic treatment during pregnancy — completing her masters in Osteopathic treatment for pregnant patients, as well as post-grad studies into Pilates for women's health.
She has completed postgraduate studies in area of Clinical Pilates and Exercise Rehabilitation, Paediatrics, Advanced Muscle Energy technique, Cranio-sacral therapy, Biodynamics, and Dry needling.
