Sarah attained her Certificate IV in Kinesiology in 2007, her Diploma just two years later in 2009, and decided to continue part time study and will complete her International Diploma in 2018. The further study that Sarah has committed to has allowed her the extra knowledge to connect and correct issues at a much more profound level than was possible with simply Diploma qualification. Sarah is amongst only a few Kinesiologists in Australia to complete this further study.
What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology is a multidisciplinary science encompassing biomechanics, anatomy, psychomotor behaviour, physiology, and cultural and social factors. Multidisciplinary in its approach Kinesiology is, therefore, a highly effective contributor to overall wellness and health.
Kinesiology utilises safe and non-invasive methods of muscle testing to determine what is occurring on a physical, emotional, and chemical aspect of your body. Once highlighted inside your body, improved balance for better performance can be reached and maintained to enhance life on all levels.
An overall assessment is made to outline all that is working well and correctly and what is not functioning as it should in the body. Different techniques are then utilised to return the body as close to optimal health as possible. We actively listen to what your body is trying to communicate to understand which the priority healing technique for that specific moment is to achieve sustained results. As a Kinesiologist it is my aim to identify which parts are not functioning at their best and help you restore them for improved functionality.
