Using several therapies I am able to support you through Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, EFT or Rekindled Ancient Wisdom balances to help alleviate many forms of physcial, emotional or energetic stress and different issues that maybe in the home, in the work place and even frustrations between family members, friends or work colleagues. These issues may be  preventing us becoming and doing what we truly desire.

In 1990 I started as a practitioner in clinical hypnosis. I was then drawn to Reiki and was attunement to Usui Reiki with Master Denise Crundle.  During trianing in Kenergetics I was introduced to the subtle, powerful energetic work of Rekindled Ancient Wisdom (RAW). I am a qualified practitioner to Level 11. I also work with Emotional Freedom Technique and am a registered, qualified practitioner of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.

All these therapies complement each other and wholly support the client in mind, body and emotion.

Specialisations

Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy and Rekindled Ancient Wisdom, EFT can help alleviate all sorts of conditions whether it be pain in the body, lack of motivation, feeling blocked in any area of your life, arguments with loved ones, grief, removing blocks for learning/sitting exams or basically coping with life.
