What Workshops Can You Attend for Pain Management?
Salamander Centre for Feldenkrais & Creative Dance in Newport VIC invites you to take part in our workshops that focus on eliminating all kinds of body pain.
Neck Freedom and Unclenching the Jaw
Do you frequently experience jaw and neck pain? If so, this advanced program is made especially for you as it shows you not only how to ease neck and shoulder pain, but also the correlation of your jaw and throat with your neck.
In the workshop, you will be taken through gentle movements that follow the principles of neuroplasticity and play. This will help you understand your body and how frequent clenching of your jaw and throat affects the muscles in your neck, which leads to headaches, stress and teeth grinding.
Our Neck Freedom workshop can help with the following conditions:
- Headaches and migraines
- Jaw clicking and pain
- Teeth grinding (bruxism) and recurrent lip biting
- Neck pain and tension
- Nervous cough
