What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda works under the principle that everybody was born with a specific constitution or dosha that can be either vata, pitta, kapha, or a combination of either 2 or 3 of them. Ayurveda is largely considered to be a science of longevity and balance. The aim of Ayurvedic Therapy is to keep the body and the dosha’s in a state of harmony as this maintain physical and mental health and wellbeing.
