With life being so busy trying to balance work, family, health, money and general day to day requirements, there is not much time left for you. Katrina offers you the opportunity to slow the mind down in one on one sessions that are all about bringing in positive energy and releasing that which no longer serves a purpose. Her focus is to allow you to be your authentic self, find meaning and embrace the feelings and emotions that arise. There are not many places where “it’s ok” to really feel your joy, sadness, insecurities, heartache, anxiety, uncertainty, grief, confusion, vulnerability etcetera, but with Katrina you can.
In your session she will work with you to help shift energy that no longer serves a purpose, always focusing on the heart's centre. Katrina will work with you at an energetic, mental and spiritual level to gain clarity and balance, focusing on the heart's centre. As a transpersonal therapist she supports you to go beyond ‘the self’ so you are able to access the unconscious areas of your mind and gain new insights and realizations.
Katrina's approach is intuitive and carried out with genuine focus and awareness, by tuning into your energy, as you tune into the voice of your soul. Katrina’s personal experiences and journeying through grief, chronic pain, childhood challenges, high pressure work stress, balancing family life and finding meaning, have enabled her to draw on resources that she didn’t know she had, and transcend into the next chapters of life. Through these learnings, she will help you through your journey and support you as you create your own path forward. .

The transpersonal perspective sees all symptoms as part of a larger picture of "energy moving" and endeavours to make a connection between who we think we are and who we really are. With an emphasis on individual development, it acknowledges the human spiritual quest recognizing our pursuit of unity, ultimate truth and profound freedom. It is concerned less with making us normal and more with developing our fullest potential as human beings, it is heartfelt, not theory driven.From a transpersonal perspective, all ‘peak’ experiences, crisis, illness, difficulty and other shifts in consciousness are recognized as areas for growth and insight. Once we move through a particular phase of our healing journey we can become more awake, alive and whole than we were before our troubles came along.The process combines the awakening of personal awareness and intuition with the ability to heal itself through compassion. Talking, thinking, meaning-making, feeling and expressing emotions and creating strategies can all be a part of the process.
