Katrina Stanfield of Sacred Journey offers Reiki, Energy Healing, Indian Massage and Transpersonal Life Coaching - incorporating Art Therapy in Kenmore.  Here you will find positive energy, support, creativity and an open heart. Treatments focus on expanding and opening, self exploration, finding meaning, energy balancing, grounding and emotional release and relaxation. Katrina has a particular interest in working with women juggling it all who need to re-balance, remember themselves and appreciate all that they are.

Sessions are ideal for people with from stress, anxiety, emotional worries, life transition, grief, mental fatigue, headaches, another life challenge, or simply needing some time for yourself in a safe and tranquil space.  Katrina is passionate about working with people at an energetic and spiritual level, allowing the healing to go where it is needed most.

Katrina will work with you on an energetic, mental and spiritual level to help you gain clarity and balance, focusing on the hearts centre. As a transpersonal therapist Katrina supports you to go beyond ‘the self’ enabling you to access the unconscious areas of your mind to gain new insights and realizations. Katrina’s approach is intuitive and carried out with genuine focus and awareness, by tuning into your energy, as you tune into the voice of your soul.

Katrina’s personal experience and journey through childhood challenges, grief, chronic pain, high pressure work stress and balancing family life have enabled her to develop a number resources that she is now able to share to help others. Through these learnings, she will help you along your journey and support you as you create your own path forward.

In addition, Katrina is a passionate visual artist and painting tutor. (www.katrinastanfieldart.com) Her biggest inspiration comes from her children, nature (especially the ocean), meditation, mindfulness, ayurvedic philosophies and all things that express and support love and light.
