Tapping Growth Gong Anxiety Emotions Stress Management

Originally trained in soul-centred and psychodynamics approaches, and now retraining in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, I help people bring sustained balance, meaning and inner peace into their lives. My approach is a unique one – bringing together psychotherapy, modern neuroscience, eastern contemplative practices and embodied movement. I provide a safe, warm and kind environment for clients to explore their unique process of growth and transformation, and the conversation between their physical body, feeling-life and hopes and dreams for the future in which they seek.

Everybody wants to feel good in their body. – To be comfortable, present and confident enough to steer their lives in a way that best serves them.

But trauma, anxiety, and other difficult emotions leave people feeling out of control, and the body feeling unsafe and uncomfortable.

I offer a unique set of tools and techniques that tap into the creative life-force within, awakening and refining your body-mind's natural tendency to move towards healing and wholeness.

Some of the tools, techniques and approaches that I have trained in, which continue to inform my work.

We have been thoroughly deprived of trusting the inner wisdom which each person has in him – or herself. There lies a great unused richness in us, which we gradually have to dig out and develop. When you get to it, you will be astonished by what comes into the open which you didn’t know was there“. Charlotte Selver
