What is RCH?

Rapid Conversational Hypnotherapy is an indirect hypnosis style where the therpist asks directed questions about the clients problem. There is no need for a deep trance and most clients have their eyes open similar to when you are zoned out and can't remember what you were doing and where you have been.

RCH opens up the gate to your hidden traumas, events, and emotions that have been buried and previously unavailable to your conscious mind. Identification is seamless and effective and we work to understand what has limited your success so that you can regain your life back again.
