Hypnotherapy is a tried and tested modality, Conversational Hypnotherapy is merely a slight variant of its practice, therefore it has been proven to be highly effective and beneficial.

Will I remain in control?

Yes, similar to hypnotherapy you will be completely under your own control and you will not be made to do anything against your own will. Your safety is my priority through ypur session.

How long does a session last?

A session usually runs for 60-90 minutes.

How will I feel following a session?

Every individual is different, but on the whole, you will feel enlivened, relaxed, and at ease.
