Extensive experience in science and education inspired Rochelle to create a practice that integrates western and eastern medicine. Rochelle's goal for each patient is to discover and restore Optimal Health and create the foundations for Wellness & Longevity.
Rochelle spends time during the initial consultation to determine the key steps required for her patients to engage fully in the healing process. While healing involves change it is not always linear. Her treatments utilise a combination of classical Japanese acupuncture, moxibustion, tuina, acupressure, herbal medicine, nutrition & dietary advice, sleep training, stretching/exercise and mind-body relaxation techniques.
