Lunchtime Public Meditation


Tuesday to Friday lunchtimes

A wonderful chance to come and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of our centre and be introduced to meditation in a supportive environment.

Drop in when you can make it – no booking is necessary – but please arrive a little early to get settled before practice begins.

Tuesday to Friday 12:30-1:15pm. No bookings necessary, all welcome!.

Loving Kindness Drop-in Guided Practice


3rd Saturday of each month (except January), 2pm till 3pm.

Many people tell us loving kindness practice gives them a method for transforming their difficult emotions and helps them avoid getting stuck in confusion and negativity. For this reason, many students discover that by meditating on loving kindness their shamatha meditation practice is more stable.

Friday Evening Guided Meditation


Friday evening from 6pm to 7pm

This is a wonderful chance to come and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of our centre in Hamilton and be introduced to meditation in a supportive environment.

Drop in when you can make it – no booking is necessary – but please arrive a little early to get settled before practice begins.

A short teaching is shown each session for guidance and inspiration.  Cushions and chairs are provided.

Centre Hours

Library, bookshop, meditation room and centre is open on Tuesday to Friday, 12 noon until 1:30 pm. An experienced student will be available at those times.

We are located at 47 James St, Hamilton, NSW 2303 (corner of James and Murray Streets, behind the Beaumont St clock tower. )

Rigpé Yéshé was founded in Lerab Ling in 2005. The name was given by Sogyal Rinpoche; it means the Wisdom of Rigpa.
