About Annette
As a 27 year veteran of the corporate world where she operated at the highest levels in administration, Annette’s early love and study of Tai Chi planted the seed for the exploration of ways to balance the effects of traumatic life events and a successful but stressful work life.
Her explorations led her to discovering yoga in 2002 and upon gaining her qualifications in Hatha and Restorative Yoga, Annette founded Resting Yoga.
Annette now uses her skills, knowledge, insight and compassion to support others through their own traumas and challenges, helping them find their own inner strength, calm and clarity.
Gentle Hatha Yoga
A gentle yoga practice focusing on the foundations of breathing, posture and alignment with the support of props as needed.
