Strength and Mobility Classes

Reload Physio holds different kinds of classes in Brunswick VIC for strength training, pain rehabilitation and mobility restoration. Check out our schedules below. 

MOVE

Our MOVE classes are designed to help each participant regain their mobility. We utilise a wide range of exercise equipment such as Pilates reformers, trapeze tables, Pilates chairs, dumbbells and many more.

Prior to joining this class, you are required to attend the one-on-one Move and Control sessions where our physiotherapist will develop an exercise program tailored to fit your needs.

LOAD

This Strength and Rehab class aims to guide each participant as they work on recovering from their injury. Our physiotherapists will help you achieve your goal by creating a personalised program targeted at reviving your strength.

Our physiotherapist will develop a personalised program specifically intended for your needs to ensure you get the best results.

Bubs-In

Bubs-In is a prenatal exercise program that incorporates Pilates movements, weights, bands, rollers and fitballs. It prevents pelvic pain and possible injuries during and after pregnancy.

Prior to joining this class, you need to complete a questionnaire and attend a physio session with our physiotherapist, where you’re going to learn how to execute pelvic floor exercises.

Bubs-Out

This postnatal program helps new mums restore the strength of their core and pelvic floor. If you're interested, complete a pre-class questionnaire and attend a physio session with our physiotherapist to learn how to perform pelvic floor and core exercises. 

Note that you should wait six weeks after childbirth before joining the Bubs-Out class. If you delivered your baby via C-section, you should strictly conform with this timeframe to ensure your own safety.

MAT

MAT is a mat based Pilates class that helps improve your posture, core strength and stability, and your body's ability to prevent injuries. 

This class is led by a physiotherapist and will benefit individuals who usually experience pain due to poor posture.

Onero

Onero is highly recommended for individuals with low bone density. This evidence-based exercise program helps address osteoporosis and is an excellent alternative to conventional medicine.

RUN

Led by one of our physiotherapists, our RUN group works on improving your running technique. To produce best results, we advise you to undergo a running assessment with our physiotherapist before joining this class which is regularly conducted at Princes Park in Carlton.

AQUA

This water-based exercise program at Coburg Leisure Centre helps restore your body’s mobility and increase your range of motion. Our physiotherapist will develop a personalised AQUA exercise program you will have to comply with in order to reach your goals.

RUN with RunLikeCrazy Brunswick

Join our group of enthusiastic runners led by our founder and principal physiotherapist Marcus. He has been coaching the RunLikeCrazy Brunswick running group for five years now, focusing on improving its members fitness, speed and endurance.

Because fitness fitness and speed are the core of this program as opposed to running techniques, we usually cover 7-10km in this 1-hour session.
